  1. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO THE PROCESSING
    The following personal data could be subject to the processing: personal, fiscal and financial data, addresses, purchases, bank accounts and other administrative or commercial data necessary for the purposes hereinafter mentioned.

    a. to conclude and execute a contract You are part of, such as for all precontractual obligations included those regarding the Country financial administration, the accounting and administrative management, the commercial relationships management and the handling of disputes. The condition that legitimates the processing is the execution of the contract and the necessity of fulfil the obligations in accordance with the existing law provisions.
    b. to send You, by e-mail, our newsletter by which we want to provide technical and promotional information about our products and services and communications regarding events, initiatives and fairs of our sector. The condition that legitimates the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller. It is our legitimate interest to be able to use Your email address, that You previously provided us in the occasion of the sale of our products or services, for the purposes of direct sale of our products and services.
    If you are not interested in receiving additional communications from Saint Andrews Spa You will be able to stop these communications at any time, by exercising Your right to object in accordance with art. 21 of GDPR, simply clicking the proper link “unsubscribe” at the bottom of all communications or emailing info@saintandrews.it .
  3. LEGAL BASIS
    The legal basis of processing is the contract execution and the necessity for fulfilling the obligations in accordance with the existing law provisions.
  4. DATA SUPPLY
    The supply of information required for the purposes referred to in point 2.a) (contract execution) is compulsory to fulfil the legal and contractual obligations, thus the possible refusal to provide them will unable Saint Andrews Spa to execute the contract or correctly fulfil all obligations in accordance with the existing law provisions.
    The supply of information required for the purposes referred to in point 2.b) (newsletter) is voluntary, You will have the opportunity to object to this latter processing at any time, in an easy and free way.
  5. STORAGE TIMES
    Data will be stored for a limited period, according to the type of activity involved by the processing of Your personal data. Once the period has expired, Your data will be definitively cancelled or, anyway, irreversibly anonymized. Your personal data are stored in accordance with terms and principles hereafter specified:
    a. data collected to conclude or fulfil the contract You are part of: until the completion of the administrative-accounting formalities. Data related to invoicing will be stored for 10 years since the date of invoicing.
    b. data provided for newsletter activity: these data are stored until the exercise of the right to object and, anyway, not beyond 2 years since the last interaction of any kind between the customer and Saint Andrews Spa.
  6. PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS
    The personal data You provide will be processed by personnel in charge that is properly trained and works under the authority and responsibility of the Controller. Personal data could be processed as well by third companies or other subjects working outsourcing on behalf of the Controller (such as, for instance, banking and credit institutions, insurance companies, legal consultants, tax consultants and accountants, debt collection companies and companies that detect financial risks), companies which provide ancillary services, such as communication services, e-mail, letter service, technical services for Website management and other suppliers of services for the aforementioned purposes. Data could be transferred to carriers, freight forwarders, customs agencies, as per contract. The abovementioned subjects will be informed only of those data which are strictly necessary for performing the relative functions.
    According to the provisions under the Measure of the Italian Supervisory Authority on 27th November 2008, we inform You that Your personal data could be subject to processing in accidental/residual cases by the System Administrators appointed by the Controller.

    Your personal data could be transferred to Group companies for administrative purposes, due to a legitimate interest in a coordinated administration and in a cooperation among them, in terms of personnel too.

    The data collected will not be transferred to Third Countries or International Organizations.

Particularly, You have the right to ask the Controller to access data which concern You, to seek their correction or cancellation, the integration of incomplete data, the restriction of the processing; to receive the data in a structured form of common use and readable by automatic device; to revoke the possible consent and to object totally or partially to the use of the data, as well to exercise the other rights the applicable law recognises for You.     In accordance with the art. 77 of the Regulation EU 2016/679, moreover, You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for Data Protection in case You consider that the processing breaches the aforementioned Regulation.
